Theo Psaros
Director / Advisor
Theo Psaros is a highly credentialed company executive with extensive corporate experience. He has over 29 years of diverse global and local commercial experience in a number of business sectors and industries within a multi-million dollar publicly listed company, private company, government department and similar environments. He has worked locally and internationally. Theo completed his initial degree in Finance, subsequently became a Chartered Accountant and spent 9 years in practice at PwC. Theo is also a Graduate member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Theo has successfully listed companies on the ASX, raised significant funds locally and internationally for a variety of companies in Australia. He has provided advice to the Queensland government on the strategic direction of the resources industry, worked in a joint venture with one of China’s largest coal companies, provided strategic government relations advice to a number of infrastructure companies and successfully raised large sponsorship deals for sporting bodies. He has also chaired Advisory Boards and participated on Queensland Resources Council committees. He specialises in capital raisings, investor relations, IM preparation and corporate governance advice.
David Dowd

David is a highly experienced corporate advisor with more than 20 years’ experience in transactions involving banking and finance, trade practices and anti-competitive conduct, building and construction, joint ventures and partnerships, intellectual property and copyright, mining, resources and energy. David represents parties involved in negotiations and dealings across a diverse range of commercial transactions.
David regularly advises companies and their stakeholders on general corporate and strategic matters including mergers and acquisitions, franchising, corporate governance, contentious and non-contentious negotiations and commercial direction. David is also a Board member of several national companies across various sectors including building and construction, earthworks and infrastructure, property development, money lending, corporate advisory and legal services. David holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).
Sergio Tosoni
Board Member
Sergio is a vastly experienced property lawyer and advisor. He holds a Bachelor of Law and Masters in Project Management both from the Queensland University of Technology. With over 20 years of commercial and property experience, in addition to carrying out numerous property projects himself, Sergio spends the majority of his time advising on property projects from inception through to completion and sale. In addition, he also spends his time advising on foreign ownership of land matters, building and construction related issues as well as planning and related disputes. Sergio’s broader involvement in the Queensland property market has allowed him to branch into more corporate based roles and he now sits on the Board of a national project home builder, the Advisory Board of a well-established retailer and the Compliance Committee of a retail mortgage fund.
